6 apartments,5 on the ground and 1 with a big balcon on the first floor in the corner of the streets Zufriategui and Piedras in Piriapolis.

They are located in a residential area, very near the beach and the Passengers Bus Station (both 5 blocks from here). Have all the facilities and services around 200 mts. It is very practical for visitors coming either by bus or car.

We are very near from downtown, but in a quiet place, and we give all the visitors any information about the wonderful places to visit, how to rent bicycles and cars, city tours and also inform you about bus, ship and plane time table if required.

It's better to reserve or made a phone call before coming. During high season, (Dec. 15 - March 15) you must send us an advance by Western Union to make sure your reserve. The prices, during this time, are slighltyl higher. They are in Countre house style, simple but they have all you need for having a confortable stay.

Each bungalow has: 1 double bed, 1 bed sofa (2 single beds), complete bathroom, kitchenette with: cooker, microwave, refrigerator, cook, table service, tv., fan, gas heaters, internet.

Outside: Rounded by logs, each bungalow has a little garden with a barbecue, table and chairs. You also have a washing basin next to a clothes line if you want to hand wash or if you prefer you can choose our laundry service. If you don't bring your own towels and bed sheets we rent them with a very low price. The same with maid service.
